Elite Aromaz Returns & Refunds Policy

 

At Elite Aromaz, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence knowing that we have a clear and fair returns policy in place.


📦 Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 working days from the date of purchase.

  • Samples, decants, opened bottles, testers are non-refundable for health, safety, and hygiene reasons.


⏳ How to Initiate a Return

Please email info@elitearomaz.com with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return

  • Preference: Refund, Exchange, or Replacement


📜 Policy Highlights

  • Refunds are only issued once returned items are received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (minus postage and transaction fees).

  • Partial refunds may apply if items are not in their original condition.

  • If an incomplete/incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs incurred.


🚫 Exceptions

  • Samples/decants and Premium Oils cannot be refunded.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

  • Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Wrong items received must be reported within 48 hours.


💸 Refund Process

  • Once we inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed promptly.

  • Please allow time for your bank/credit card provider to post the refund.


📮 Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For items over £75, we recommend a tracked service or insurance.


🚚 Delivery Delays & Lost Parcels

  • We cannot be held responsible for courier or customs delays.

  • Lost parcels may be refunded or replaced, but claims must be made within 28 days of the order date.

If a parcel later arrives after a refund/replacement has been issued:

  • Refund recipients must repay the refunded amount within 14 days, or return one of the duplicate orders.

  • Failure to do so may result in recovery action.


❌ Order Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. This means:

  • We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is placed.

  • If we are able to cancel, a 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover processing/admin costs.
