At Elite Aromaz, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence knowing that we have a clear and fair returns policy in place.
📦 Return Eligibility

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Returns are accepted within 14 working days from the date of purchase.

Samples, decants, opened bottles, testers are non-refundable for health, safety, and hygiene reasons.

📜 Policy Highlights

Refunds are only issued once returned items are received and inspected.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (minus postage and transaction fees).

Partial refunds may apply if items are not in their original condition.

If an incomplete/incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs incurred.
🚫 Exceptions

Samples/decants and Premium Oils cannot be refunded.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Wrong items received must be reported within 48 hours.
💸 Refund Process

Once we inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed promptly.

Please allow time for your bank/credit card provider to post the refund.
📮 Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items over £75, we recommend a tracked service or insurance.
🚚 Delivery Delays & Lost Parcels

We cannot be held responsible for courier or customs delays.

Lost parcels may be refunded or replaced, but claims must be made within 28 days of the order date.
If a parcel later arrives after a refund/replacement has been issued:

Refund recipients must repay the refunded amount within 14 days, or return one of the duplicate orders.

Failure to do so may result in recovery action.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. This means:

We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is placed.

If we are able to cancel, a 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover processing/admin costs.
